I've purchased Belkin products for many years and was already familiar with the xxxxxx-yy convention where yy is the cable length. It's the perfect size. I buy a bunch of these for hooking up cable modems to routers. It's also stated in the description.My only gripe is why the heck is it $9+ now. Works just fine.Another reviewer was disappointed that it wasn't longer. Unfortunately the picture is a stock picture used for all cable lengths. When I ordered them last from Amazon they were only $2.95. Guess I'll be ordering them somewhere else now (until they're priced reasonably again).
This cable is a Cat 5e Belkin patch cable but it is not the one pictured. It is a 2 ft black patch cable with crimp on connectors. It is not a snagless molded cable.
